A beautifully detailed vintage diamond violin brooch set in 18k yellow gold.
The brooch depicts a violin with a number of well-craft thin strings. On the top plate of the violin, there are 20 round brilliant cut diamonds pavé set around the top block and chinrest, as well as 3 embellishing the pegbox.
The brooch is secured to reverse with a hinged pin and barrel clasp fitting. Its size and design make it a perfect addition to a jumper and/or coat, ensuring you stand out with its unique charm.
The estimated total weight of the diamonds is 0.12 carats, ranging from G-H in colour with VS-S clarity. For size reference, the brooch measures approximately 4.5 centimetres in length and 1.6 centimetres in width, with a gross weight of 8.0 grams.
The brooch is hallmarked 012 (for diamond weight), k18 (for 18k gold). Lastly, a valuation for insurance and authenticity will accompany this piece.
