An interesting vintage E. Wolfe & Co. diamond and ruby giraffe brooch set in 18k yellow gold.
The brooch depicts a perching giraffe and has been beautifully hand-crafted to show its naturalistic features. Its mane is pavé set with 11 round brilliant-cut diamonds, and its eyes are set with 2 vibrant cabochon rubies. These gems stand out against the yellow gold and add perfect colour and sparkles to the brooch.
The brooch is secured to reverse with a hinged pin and barrel clasp fitting. Its size and design make it a perfect addition to a jumper and/or coat, ensuring you stand out with its unique charm.
The estimated total weight of the diamonds is 0.16 carats, ranging from G-H in colour with VS clarity. For size reference, the brooch measures approximately 6.8 centimetres in length and 2 centimetres in width, with a gross weight of 17.2 grams.
