Vintage 1.22ct GIA Certified Oval Diamond Engagement Ring

A beautiful GIA certified oval cut diamond ring set in platinum.

The ring is centrally set with a breath-taking certified 1.22 carat oval cut internally flawless diamond which is securely four claw set to centre. The stone is set in a slightly raised setting that flows round nicely to a 2-millimetre platinum band each shoulder set with 9 micro-claw set round cut-brilliant diamonds.

Due to the size and design this could be paired nicely with a wedding and/or eternity band. Alternatively, the piece would make a fabulous cocktail ring.

The central diamond is GIA certified as weighing 1.22 carats, E in colour, and is internally flawless (report number: GIA: 6207908348). The side stones are perfectly matched being 0.30 carats each (0.60 carats total), G/H in colour with VS clarity. The ring is currently a UK finger size K, which translates to a USA size 5 1/4, but this can be resized for a perfect fit.

For size reference the head of the ring measures 0.6 x 0.5 centimetres and there is a total weight of 3.7 grams. The ring is stamped PT950 for platinum.
