3.58ct Burmese Red Ruby and Diamond Engagement Ring

A truly stunning certificated Burmese ruby and diamond three stone engagement ring set in 18k yellow gold.

The ring is centrally set with a beautiful 3.58 carat hand-cut cushion shaped Burmese ruby which is securely four claw set in an elegant open back yellow gold setting. To either side of the ruby are two impeccably matched pear cut diamonds which are similarly set in an open setting. The colour of the central ruby is simply superb and the contrast against the diamonds is a beautiful pairing and looks extremely elegant once on the hand.

This design is a traditional setting and can easily be paired with a wedding and/or eternity band if desired.

The central Burmese ruby is Gubelin certified (report number 14090047). It has a weight of 3.58 carats and has been described as a red in colour. According to the report there are very minor signs of heat treatment (T2). The side diamonds are perfectly matched and have a combined carat weight of 1.00 carats. These diamonds are assessed as G in colour and are both internally flawless. The ring is currently a UK finger size N (USA size 6 ½) but this can easily be resized for the perfect fit.

For size reference the head of the ring measure 1.9 x 0.9 centimetres. There is a gross weight of exactly 5.00 grams.
