Vintage 1980’s Cartier Diamond Knot Ring

A beautiful vintage 1980’s Cartier diamond knot ring set in 18k yellow gold.

The ring is composed in a bombe design, set centrally with a polish yellow gold knot motif. 52 round brilliant cut diamond surround the knot motif, creating a beautiful sparkle on the finger. The design is a subtle statement ring and looks fantastic once on the hand.

Due to the design and size this ring could be worn for a variety of occasions. The piece could be worn by itself as a stand-alone piece, or alternatively stacked up amongst other pieces.

There is an estimated total diamond weight of 1.04 carats. These range from G-H in colour with VVS clarity. The ring is currently a Cartier size 5, UK finger size Q 1/2 (USA finger size 8 1/4) due to the design this could be resized for a perfect fit; the ring has been altered in the past as it is hallmarked 53. The ring is signed and hallmarked Cartier, 750, 53, 1989, with the serial number 908856. The ring weighs 14.2 grams.
