Vintage Tiffany & Co. Coral and Diamond Crab Brooch Pin

A beautiful quirky vintage Tiffany & Co. coral and diamond crab brooch pin set in 18k yellow gold.

The brooch depicts a walking crab; predominantly set with a vibrant piece of polished orange coral. This coral is set in a handcrafted 18k yellow gold crab body and has been beautifully detailed with brushed and polished gold aspects to highlight certain features of the crab. The piece is then set with two four-claw set round brilliant cut diamonds which act as the crabs eyes.

Due to the design and the vibrancy of the coral, this piece is truly striking once worn on either a jumper, jacket or shirt. The piece is secured to reverse with a double pin fitting.

There is an estimated total diamond weight of 0.06 carats. These diamonds are estimated to range from G-H in colour with VS1 clarity. For size reference the brooch measures approximately 3.9 x 3.4 centimetres (from the widest points) and has a gross weight of 15.1 grams. The crab is signed and hallmarked on the back of the crab, Tiffany & Co. 18k.
